I want to ensure that your entire experience, from start to finish, is designed just for you. Please follow the steps below for scheduling your new appointment! Once you are scheduled, I will review your appointment and contact you if I have questions or adjustments that need to be made. Before booking you need to fully understand my cancellation policy listed on the Studio Policy page. Please see the FAQ page for hair thickness/length distinctions are found here.

EXISTING LOYAL CLIENTS

If you've booked an appointment, you'll have received a scheduling reminder and confirmation email/text with the appointment details. Simply click on the link provided in those notifications to manage your appointment. If you need to reschedule, you can schedule the new appointment and then go in and cancel your previous appointment or contact me directly.

If you plan to make a drastic change and are unsure of what to schedule, please schedule a consultation.

THE CONSULTATION

SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION AND SUBMIT THE "NEW GUEST HAIR DATE BOOKING FORM" TO ENSURE WE CREATE A SUSTAINABLE PLAN YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY LOVE!

For new guests I prefer to have a consultation before scheduling your color services. This allows me to allocate the appropriate amount of time for your visit so we can avoid feeling rushed, plan and prep for your hair goals, and give you a quote for services. If you are planning a Major change to your current color, I Strongly recommend scheduling a Color Consultation. If you are unable to schedule a consult, please text images of your current hair and your hair goals to 719-347-1978.

Consults are stand-alone appointments. Please do not schedule additional services on the same day as a consult as they are meant to plan accordingly for future appointments and the time needed.

The experience starts when you use the Online Booking System. Please click on the "Book Now" button for all services and prices. Once scheduled, your appointment request will be received and you will get a confirmation message once it has been accepted. If you are a new client, you will also automatically receive a notification to fill out the "New Guest Hair Date Booking Form" to optimize your time & experience of your first visit.

I am excited to meet you! Upon your arrival you will be greeted by me, your stylist, Tracy. I will sit down and take the time to consult with you and address your needs and concerns. A thorough consultation will ensure you'll be 100% confident, relaxed, and excited from start to finish.

If you're appointment is for color, a formula will be custom blended for you and recorded so that it's always ready to go at each subsequent visit. For all color services, please come with clean, dry hair. Color takes best on clean hair with minimal product.
I will create a custom cut for your face shape, personal style and overall goals and I can help you with styling tips at your visit.
Your visit will be completed by sharing recommendations for at-home care and set you up with your next appointment.
Please feel free to bring a book, tablet or laptop with you to keep busy. There are no judgments in this space!

Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to text or call me at 719-347-1978. I will respond within 24 regular business hours or sooner if possible. Phone calls are sometimes difficult to answer because I do not have a receptionist and I am usually busy with clients.

*PLEASE NOTE: ALL PRICES ARE STARTING AT PRICES.

Color prices are starting based on 8-12 weeks of grow out. If it has been longer than that since you've had your hair done, expect to have extra bowls of color mixed at $25 per bowl. All color services have a base price and will range upwards depending on the plan we create and what needs to be used for your hair. Total chair time and pricing will vary depending on location, application, hair length, density and overall condition of hair. Long length and/or texture or very thick dense hair, using multiple colors and services require more products and time. All Balayage, Foilyage, and Hair Painting color are Specialty Services and are customized to suit individual client needs. These Specialty Services can take between 3 -5 hours on average to finish and will have additional charges for toning and treatments applied. Prices are subject to change based on the actual services performed. These prices serve as a guide only.

Rock'n Hair By Tracy is an Independent Studio & Boutique (located inside Adorn Salon Studios) at 2130 Hollow Brook Dr. Studio 105. I am located close to the front entrance. When you arrive, if I am assisting other guests, please "check-in" by letting me know you've arrived and then find a comfortable seat in the waiting area of the lobby.
